Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Because Ayurvedic medicines, oils, soaps and personal-care items are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at helloayusutra@gmail.com or 9110443950 with your order number and clear photos / an unboxing video. After verification we will send a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Made-on-demand items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank / UPI transfer.
