Products and prices

Products, pack sizes and prices are subject to confirmation. Prices of items linked to commodity rates (for example gold-based formulations) vary with the market. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and refund any amount paid.

Made-on-demand items

Items marked 'available on demand' or 'price on request' are prepared after your enquiry. Preparation time, size and price will be confirmed with you before payment.

Use of products

Ayurvedic products are traditional preparations. Specialist preparations such as Kshara and Ksharasutra must be used only under qualified professional guidance. Please read the Medical Disclaimer.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it and, for online payments, when payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud or misuse.

All content, logos and images on this site belong to AyuSutra Ayurveda and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Haveri / Shiggaon, Karnataka.
